
I love eating pasta especially those cream based ones. Here's my personal attempt in putting my cooking in writing. My measurements, instructions, and terms used might be a little off. Anyhoo enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 250 ml All Purpose Cream (Nestle Cream)
- 2 can evaporated milk (Alpine Full Cream Milk)
- ¼ kilo ground chicken
- 1 chicken bouillon cubes
- ½ clove garlic
- 1 med size onion
- 1 can Mushroom pieces & stems (drained)
- 1 Green bell pepper
- a dash of salt & pepper
- Pasta (Spaghetti)
- ½ butter
- Prepare the pasta. Set Aside.
- In a sauce pan, sauté (in proper order) onion, garlic, bell pepper, and mushroom with butter.
- Add the chicken and let it simmer for awhile. (You’d see water coming out of the chicken)
- Add the evaporated milk, all-purpose cream and bouillon cube. Stir.
- Simmer until sauce is thick.
- Season with salt and pepper.
