Ingredients:
- ½ clove garlic
- 1 med size onion
- 1 Green bell pepper
- a dash of salt & pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ butter
- ½ kilo ground beef (lean)
- ½ kilo fresh tomatoes
- Cheese (grated)
- Nacho chips

- In a sauce pan, sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper with butter.
- Add beef. Season with Worcestershire, salt and pepper.
- Salsa
- Cut the tomatoes in smaller pieces, taking off the seeds. (Don't want to have appendicitis in the long run )
- In a sauce pan, sauté onion, garlic, and tomatoes with butter.
- Simmer until the tomatoes are soft. Mash.
- Season with salt and pepper.
